Order Modifications & Cancellations
At Timohealth, we understand that mistakes can happen or that plans may change. We do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations before your order is processed and shipped.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your order (such as shipping address, item variant, quantity, or custom options), please contact us as soon as possible:

We accept modification requests within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once your order is processed or shipped, we are no longer able to make changes.

To request a change, please email us at info@timohealth.com with the subject line:
“Order Modification – [Your Order Number]”
Note: Custom or personalized orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has shipped:

If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it once received (see Return & Refund Policy).
To cancel, contact us at info@timohealth.com with the subject:
“Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]”

We recommend reaching out within a few hours of placing your order for the best chance of successful modification or cancellation.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day, which may extend the window for changes slightly.

We do not charge any cancellation fees.
